Snoopy Free Crochet Pattern

Hello amigurumi lovers and beautiful visitors, I wanted to share the free amigurumi patterns for you here. In my article I will share 1 pattern and how to make it for you. At the end of my article, I will share amigurumi patterns that can generate ideas for you.

Here is the free pattern for my Snoopy Amigurumi Doll:

SKILL LEVEL: Beginner.

YARN: Worsted Medium Cotton Yarn (Lace 4) in White and Black color.

HOOK SIZES: E/3,50 mm.

OTHER MATERIALS: Polyester Fiberfill.

DIMENSION: approximately height 9.5” (25 cm).

STITCHES USED and ABBREVIATIONS: magic ring (mr), slip stitch (sl st), single crochet (sc), half double crochet (hdc), double crochet (dc), decrease (dec), increase (inc), fasten off (F/O).

INSTRUCTION: work in rows (join with a sl st and ch 1 at the end of each row)

HEAD (white yarn)

1) 8 sc in a mr (8)

2) inc around (16)

3) *1 sc, inc*, repeat ** around (24)

4-5) sc even (24)

6) *2 sc, inc*, repeat ** around (32)

7-11) sc even (32)

12) *3 sc, inc*, repeat ** around (40)

14) 5 sc, *inc, 1 sc*, repeat ** 5 times, 25 sc (45)

Use black cotton yarn to embroider EYEBROWS, EYES and MOUTH.

NOSE (black yarn)

1) 5 sc in magic ring (5)

3) sc even (10); F/O and leave a long tail for sewing the nose onto the head.

Stuff the nose firmly.

EARS (black and white yarn; make two)

1) start working with white yarn, 8 sc in a magic ring (8)

2) inc around (16)

3-8) sc even (16)

9) *2 sc, dec*, repeat * around (12)

10) *1 sc, dec*, repeat ** around (8); F/O and leave a long tail of yarn.

Flatten the ears and sew the open ends together.

Sc around the ear with black yarn.

Attach the ear to the side of the head.

BODY (white yarn)

1) 8 sc in mr (8)

2) inc around (16)

1) crochet 28 ch; F/O and wrap the collar around the doll’s neck, secure it with a knot and hide the two yarn ends inside the doll using a yarn needle.

ARMS (white yarn; make two)

1) 6 sc in a mr (6)

5) *1 sc, dec*, repeat ** around (12); start stuffing

6) *1 sc, dec*, repeat ** around (8)

7) 4 hdc, 4 sl st (8)

8) 4 hdc, 4 sc (8); finish stuffing

9-10) sc even (8); F/O and leave a long tail of yarn to sew the arm to the side of the body.

Embroider the toes’ lines with black yarn.

LEGS (white and black yarn; make two)

1) starting off with white yarn, ch 9, 2 sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, 6 sc, 5 sc in the next ch, keep working on the other side of the foundation chain, 6 sc, 2 sc in the last st that already contains 2 sc (21)

2) 2 inc, 7 sc, 3 inc, 7 sc, 2 inc (28)

3) inc, 1 sc, inc, 10 sc, 2 inc, 10 sc, inc, 1 sc, inc (34); do not ch 1

4) 34 sl st (34)

5) 34 sc (34); turn

6) 2 sc dec, 8 sc, 5 hdc dec, 8 sc, 2 sc dec, (25)

7) 2 hdc dec, 4 sc, 2 hdc dec, 1 hdc, 2 hdc dec, 4 sc, 2 hdc dec (17); start stuffing and giving shape

8) dec all around, 1 sc (9)

9-11) sc even (9); F/O and leave a long tail of yarn to attach the leg to the bottom part of the body; finish stuffing and giving shape. With black yarn embroider the toes’ lines.

TAIL (white yarn)

1) 4 sc in a mr (4)

2) *1 sc, inc*, repeat ** twice (6)

3) *2 sc, inc*, repeat ** twice (8)

4) *2 sc, dec*, repeat ** twice (6); stuff the tail lightly

5) *1 sc, dec*, repeat ** twice (4); F/O and leave a long tail for sewing the tail to the back of the body.
