Begin wih the beige yarn

Change the purple yarn

Change the white yarn

Cut and secure the thread. Make the other leg but don’t cut the thread and continue working the body.

Dog body

Still using the purple yarn and the 2mm hook, continue working and put the second leg near to the first one and go ahead with these steps:

Row 32: sc in the next 9 sts of the seconde leg, chain 3 and join with slip stitch through both loops of the 4th sts on the first leg, sc in the following 14 sts of the first leg, 3 sc in 3ch, sc in the following 5 sts of the second leg place a stitch marker in the last sts [34]

Round 33: sc in the next 9sts, inc in the next sts, sc in the next st, inc in the next sts, sc in the next 14 sts, inc in the next sts, sc in the next st, inc in the next sts, sc in the next 5 sts (38)

Row 34 – Row 39: sc all the sts  (38)

Change the beige yarn

Row 17: sc all the sts (8)

Stuff the arms. Cut and secure the thread leaving enough to sew on the arms between rounds 51and 52 of the body.

Orange dress

Main part

Begin with orange yarn

Ch 31, working in second chains from hook

Row 1: sc in each ch (30)

Row 2: ch1, (sc in next 4st, inc in next st) repeat 5 times (35)

Row 3: ch2, hdc in next 5st, ch7 sk 7st, hdc in next 11 st, ch 7 sk 7st, hdc in next 5st.

Row 4: ch2, hdc in each st (35)

Row 5: ch 2,  (hdc in next 6st, 2hdc in next st) repeat 5 times (40)

Row 6: ch2, hdc in each st (40). Joined work around together by slip stich

Row 7: ch3, (dc in next 7sts, 2dc in next sts) repeat 5 times (45)

Row 8 – Row 12 : ch3, dc in each sts (45)

Row 13: ch4, slst in the first sts of the chain, sk 1, sc in the next sts, ( ch 3, slst in the

first sts of the chain, sk 1, sc in the next sts), rep () to the end.

fasten off .

Dress sleeves

Insert 1 single (count as sc) pick up 13 around (14)

Rnd 1 – Rnd 4: sc all the sts (14)

Rnd 5: 3dc in the next sts, slst in the next sts, (3 dc in the next sts, slst in the next sts), rep () to the end.

Leaving a tail of around 8 inches cut the work from the ball and chain of 6 stitches (or long enough to accommodate the size of button that you have). Join it back to the start point with a slip stitch to make a small loop and weave in the end.

Sew a tiny button on the opposite side to the loop.
