Crochet Booties Duck Pattern
Hello amigurumi lovers and beautiful visitors, I wanted to share the free amigurumi patterns for you here. In my article I will share 1 pattern and how to make it for you. At the end of my article, I will share amigurumi patterns that can generate ideas for you.
You will need:
Crochet hook 3.5mm
8-strand double-bonded yarn – Paton Cotton Blend
Chenille or large eye needle
Scissors
Yarn colors:
(Palette of colors used)
Orange
Yellow
Sizes:
Scheme for sizes 0-6 months. See brackets for sizes 6-12 months.
Sole length:
For 0-6 months – 9cm
For 6-12 months – 10cm
Abbreviations:
VP – air loop
SSN – double crochet
PSN – half double crochet
RLS – single crochet
SS – connecting column
Next. – next (loop)
n – loop
* … * – repeat from asterisk to asterisk the indicated number of times
decrease in RLS – knit 2 columns together as 1 RLS
decrease in PSN – knit 2 columns together as 1 PSN
decrease in CCH – knit 2 columns together as 1 CCH
Gauge:
1 inch = 4 rows of 5 dc
Sole
Take a 3.5mm crochet hook and yellow yarn, cast on 11 ch (13 ch).
We knit in a spiral.
1 row – 2 dc in the second loop from the hook. Following. 8 (10) p for 1 PSN. 6 PSN in the last. VP. (Note: now start knitting on the other side of the typed chain). Following. 8 (10) p for 1 PSN. 2 dc in the last st. The total number of loops is 26 (30).
2 row – in the first 2 p by 2 PSN. In after. 8 (10) n by 1 PSN, in after. 6 p by 2 SSN, by 1 PSN in the next. 8 (10) p, each 2 PSN in the next. 2 roosters. Total number of roosters 36 (40).
3 row – in the first 2 p, 1 PSN., in the next. 3 p for 2 PSN, in the next. 5 (7) p for 1 PSN, in the next. 3 sts in 1 dc, * 2 dc in one st, 1 dc in the next. n * – repeat 6 times. Following. 3 sts 1 dc. Following. 5 (7) p for 1 PSN. Following. 2 sts of 2 dc, 1 dc and 1 sc in last st. Finish row with sl st. The total number of loops is 48 (52). Cut the thread and thread the remaining tail.
Shaft
We knit in a spiral.
1 row – start knitting from the middle of the back, securing the yellow thread. 1 VP, 1 RLS in the same st, but only behind the back wall. (Note: continue knitting behind the back wall of the loop). Following. 47 (51) p 1 sc each.
2-3 row – 1 sc in each st in a circle. (Note: if you are knitting for size 6-12 months, work 1 extra row).
4th row – in after. 14 (16) p by 1 SBN, *1 decrease SBN, 1 SBN in the next. n* — repeat 7 times. In after. 13 (15) p. 1 of the Civil Code. Total number of roosters 41 (45).
5 row – in the first p 1 RLS, 1 decrease in RLS, in the next. 10 (12) p 1 sc each, * 1 decrease in sc, 1 sc in the next. n * – repeat 5 times. Following. 10 (12) p 1 sc each, 1 decrease in sc, in the last. n 1 sc. The total number of loops is 34 (38).
6 row – in the next. 12 (14) sts of 1 sc each, 2 dc dc, 2 dc dc, 2 dc dc. Following. 10 (12) p 1 sc each. The total number of loops is 28 (32).
7 row – in the next. 13 (15) p 1 sc each, 2 decreases dc. Following. 11 (13) p 1 sc each. The total number of loops is 26 (30).
8-10 row – 1 sc in each st in a circle. (Note: if you are knitting for size 6-12 months, work 1 extra row).
11 row – 1 wrong column in a circle. Finish the row with SS. Cut the thread and thread the remaining tail.
Repeat knitting according to the pattern for the second booties.
Head of a duck
Knit in a spiral.
1 row – Take a 3.5mm crochet hook and yellow yarn, dial 2 ch. In the first VP 6 RLS. The total number of loops is 6.
2 row – 2 sc in each st in a circle. The total number of loops is 12.
3 row – in the first p 2 sc, * 1 sc in one p, 2 sc in the next. n * – repeat in a circle. The total number of loops is 18.
4 row – in the first p 2 RLS, * in the next. 2 p in 1 sc, 2 sc in the next. n * – repeat in a circle. The total number of loops is 24.
5-8 row – 1 sc in each st in a circle.
9 row – * 1 decrease in RLS, 1 RLS in the next. n * – repeat in a circle. Finish the row with SS. The total number of loops is 16. Cut the thread and thread the remaining tail.
Repeat knitting according to the scheme for the second head.
Take a chenille needle and sew 1 head on top of each bootie. (Note: Before sewing the heads onto the booties, stuff them with filler). Wrap some yarn around the top of each head and fluff it up to create a tuft.
Beak
Take a 3.5mm crochet hook and orange yarn, cast on 3 ch.
1 row – 1 sc in the second VP from the hook, 1 sc in the next p. Total stitches 2. Turn work.
2 row – 1 VP and 2 RLS in the same p. In the next. n 2 sc. Total stitches 4. Turn work.
3-4 row – 1 VP and 1 RLS in the same p. In the next. 3 sts 1 sc. Turn work.
5 row – 1 VP, 2 decreases in RLS. Total stitches 2. Turn work.
6 row – 1 VP, decrease in RLS. Total number of loops 1. Cut the thread and thread the remaining tail.
Repeat knitting according to the scheme for 2 beaks.
Sew on a beak to the head of each duck on your knitted booties.
