Cat Amigurumi Crochet Pattern

Hello amigurumi lovers and beautiful visitors, I wanted to share the free amigurumi patterns for you here. In my article I will share 1 pattern and how to make it for you. At the end of my article, I will share amigurumi patterns that can generate ideas for you.

Materials:

• Cotton yarn (Novita Tennessee 100 g — 214 m)
• Hook #3
• Filler
• Safety eyes 6 mm
• Some pink and black thread for embroidery of the nose and mustache
• Satin ribbon
• Needle for darning and embroidery

Abbreviations:
Vp – air loop
Sc – single crochet
Knit in a spiral. Do not knit connecting posts unless otherwise indicated.
Use stitch markers at the beginning of each row.
Leave a long piece of thread for sewing at the end of knitting each part.

Toy size: 17 cm

Head
Knit from top to bottom.
1: Knit 6 sc into the magic amigurumi ring.
2: 2 sc in each st. in a circle [12]
3: (sc, 2 sc in the next stitch) repeat 6 times [18]
4: (2 sc, 2 sc in the next stitch) repeat 6 times [24]
5: (3 sc, 2 sbn in the next st.) repeat 6 times [30]
6: (4 sbn, 2 sbn in the next st.) repeat 6 times [36]
7: (5 sbn, 2 sbn in the next st.) repeat 6 times [42]
8-17: sc in a circle
Place safety eyes between the 11th and 12th row. Insert the first eye between them, then  count 2 loops to the left and insert the second eye into the next hole. Fix the eyes inside  the head.
18: (5 sc, 2 sc together) repeat 6 times [36]
19: (4 sc, 2 sc together) repeat 6 times [30]
20: (3 prs, 2 prs together) repeat 6 times [24]
21: (2 prs, 2 prs together) repeat 6 times [18]
Stuff the head with filler.

Ears (2 parts)
1: knit 6 sc into the magic amigurumi ring.
2: (sc, 2 sc in the next stitch) repeat 3 times [9]
3: sc in a circle
4: (2 sc, 2 sc in the next stitch) repeat 3 times [12]
5: sc in a circle
Bend ears and sew them to the head.
Embroider the nose with pink thread and trim with black thread. Embroider the mustache with black thread.

Torso
Knit from the bottom up.
1: Knit 6 sc into the magic amigurumi ring.
2: 2 sc in each st. in a circle [12]
3: (sc, 2 sc in the next stitch) repeat 6 times [18]
4: (2 sc, 2 sc in the next stitch) repeat 6 times [24]
5: (3 sc, 2 sbn in the next st.) repeat 6 times [30]
6: (4 sbn, 2 sbn in the next st.) repeat 6 times [36]
7: (5 sbn, 2 sbn in the next st.) repeat 6 times [42]
8-11: sc in a circle
12: (5 sc, 2 sc together) repeat 6 times [36]
13: sc in a circle
14: (4 sc, 2 sc together) repeat 6 times [30]
15- 16: sc in a circle
17: (3 sc, 2 sc together) repeat 6 times [24]
18-19: sc in a circle
20: (2 sc, 2 sc together) repeat 6 times [18]
Stuff the body with filler. Sew the head to the body.

Lower paws (2 parts)
1: knit 6 sc in a magic amigurumi ring.
2: 2 sc in each st. in a circle [12]
3: (sc, 2 sc in the next step) repeat 6 times [18]
4-7: sc in a circle
8: (sc, 2 sc together) repeat 6 times [12]
9-13: sbn in a circle
Stuff the paws with filler.
14: (2 sbn, 2 sbn together) repeat 3 times [9]
Sew paws to the body. Embroider 4 claws with black thread.

Front paws (2 parts)
1: knit 6 sc in a magic amigurumi ring.
2: 2 sc in each st. in a circle [12]
3-6: sc in a circle
Stuff the upper part of the paw with filler. Add filler while knitting.
7: (sc 2, together 2) repeat 3 times [9]
8-11: sc around
12: (sc, together sc 2) repeat 3 times [6]
Sew legs to body. Leave some room for tying a bow around your neck.

Tail
1: knit 6 sc into the magic amigurumi ring.
2: (sc, 2 sc in next st) repeat 3 times [9]
3-6: sc in a circle
7:7 sc, 2 sc together [8]
8-9: sc in a circle
10: 6 sc, 2 sc together [7]
11-12: sc in a circle
13: 5 sc, 2 sc together [6]
14-15: sc in a circle
Sew the tail on the back of the body.

Embroider the navel and tie a ribbon around the neck.
