Amigurumi Duck Free Pattern

Hello amigurumi lovers and beautiful visitors, I wanted to share the free amigurumi patterns for you here. In my article I will share 1 pattern and how to make it for you. At the end of my article, I will share amigurumi patterns that can generate ideas for you.

MATERİALS USED:
* 8 ply cotton yarn (pastel yellow, orange, pink)
* bits and pieces of left over yarn for details (bows, neacklace….)
* 2 mm crochet hook
* 6 mm round black beads for the eye
needles for sewing up the eyes and body parts
* fiberfill stuffing  

ABBREVİATİONS:
ch:chain
st: stitch
mr: magic ring
sc: single crochet
inc: increase (2 sc in the next st)
dec: decrease
3sctog: invisible decrease through 3 stitches
ss: slip stitch
( )*6 :  Repeat whatever is between the brackets the number of times stated

BEAK:
Start with orange color
1) 9 ch, starting from the 2nd ch, 6 sc,  sc to the first ch (18)
2-3) sc in each st around (18)
Fasten off, fill with the fiberfill lightly
Leave the tail for sewing.
The bark will be placed between rows 15-20. Place it nice, pin it well and sew it nicely al around.  

HEAD:

Stuff with the fiberfill firmly

14-16) sc in each st around (14) Tie off and leave long end for sewing. Stuff the legs lightly. Just enough to form the nice shape. Close and sew the end nicely so can be attached to the body later.
Legs are placed in between rows 4-5 (looking from the bottom side of the body). Center them leaving 2 stitches in between and see them nicely.

Flatten the wing and stitch across both sides with single crochet. Tie off and leave long end for sewing the wings to the body later.  

TAİL:

Tie off.
Tail is done with two little parts joined together and continued to be crocheted as one piece. Next Piece:
1) Start with yellow color

Tie off. Now take the first piece made, slip stitch to any stitch to connect these two pieces together and continue stitching all aroud
both pieces until you make 20 stitchstitches   1) 20 sc on the 2 pieces (20)

6) (dec, 4 sc)*2 (10) Cut off leaving long end for sewing the tails end and sewing the tail on the body. Tail is placed centered on the back side of the body between the rows 6-7.  

BOW:
1) Leave long end before the chain 6 ch, starting from the 2nd ch: 5 sc (5)
2-3) return, 1 ch, 5 sc (5)
4) return, 1 ch, skip 1 sc, 2 sc , dec (3)
5) return, 1 ch, sc, dec (2)
6) return, 1 ch, inc, sc (3)

12) return, 1 ch, 1 sc skip,  sc, dec (2) Tie off here and go back to the first row. With the yarn you left at the beginning of the chain use to repeat 11 and 12 row Tie off.
