Hello amigurumi lovers and beautiful visitors, I wanted to share the free amigurumi patterns for you here. In my article I will share 1 pattern and how to make it for you. At the end of my article, I will share amigurumi patterns that can generate ideas for you.

Materials:
– Yarn for skirt, hats and pigtails. Colours of your choice. Yarn thickness is the same as for the snowman.
– A crochet hook
– Ribbon for bows
– A sewing needle, matching sewing threads
– Wire with a diameter of 1-1.5 mm for skates. The length is determined individually.
– Scissors, pliers
– Transparent glue
Abbreviations:
ch – chain
sl st – slip stitch
sc – single crochet
hdc – half double crochet
dc – double crochet
inc – increase (2 sc in 1 st)
dec – decrease (single crochet two stitches together)
(…) x N times – repeat instructions in brackets N times

Skirt
Crochet with any color of your choice. I used pink.
Work 36 ch, join into a ring with a sl st.
1) 1 ch, 36 sc, 1 sl st into the ch of the beginning of the round (36)
2) 2 ch, 2 hdc in each loop of the previous row, 1 sl st into the ch of the beginning of the round (72)
3) 2 ch, (2 hdc in 1 loop, 1 hdc)× 36 times, 1 sl st into the ch of the beginning of the round (108)
Fasten off, cut off.

Hat
Choose 2 matching colours
1) 6 sc in a Magic Ring
2) 6 inc (12)
3) (1 sc, inc)×6 times (18)
4) (5 sc, inc)×3 times (21)
5) (3 sc, inc, 3 sc)×3 times (24)
6) (5 sc, inc)×4 times (28)
7) (3 sc, inc, 3 sc)×4 times (32)
8) (7 sc, inc)×4 times (36)
9) (4 sc, inc, 4 sc)×4 times (40)
10) (9 sc, inc)×4 times (44)
11) 44 sc
Change the yarn
12) 44 sc
13-16) 44 hdc
Fasten off, cut off.
Bend the edge of the hat up.

Pompon
Wind the yarn onto a fork. Tie it tight in the middle.
Remove from the fork, cut the edges. Use scissors to trim the pompom, make it round. Sew it to the hat.

Pigtails (make 2)
24 ch
1) starting from 2nd ch from hook: 23 sl st, again 24 ch, from 2nd ch from hook: 23 sl st, again 24 ch, from 2nd ch from hook: 23 sl st
Fasten off, cut off.
The resulting 3 strands are made into a braid. Tie the bows.
Sew pigtails to the inside of the hat.
Put the hat on the snowman and fix it with a few stitches in the desired position.

Skates
Prepare a piece of wire with a diameter of 1-1.5 cm. The length of the wire will depend on the size of the boot.
Step 1.
Measure the length of the sole of the boot. Measure 4 such lengths on the wire, (fold this part in half) + length equals to the height of the boot. Cut off the resulting piece of wire.
Step 2.
Use pliers to tightly squeeze the spots where wire got bent. See at the photo.
Step 3.
Bend the wire at the right angle, as in the photo. Leave 1.5-2 cm long ends, cut off the excess.
Step 4.
Tighten the front part of the skate with pliers.
Step 5.
Insert the ends of the wire into the sole. You may use a thick needle to make a hole to help you.
If everything fits, pull out, lightly lubricate the ends of the wire with glue and stick it back in. Squeeze the boot slightly for better bonding.
The snowgirl is ready to ride on the ice rink!
