(you can sew the tail opening, by creating a triangle shape, then weaving the threads in a straight line to the middle back of tail, draw the up into a scrunch to create the sharks back fin at this point if you wish, as I don’t like it to fill the tail with the stuffing.)You can start to stuff the shark with the filling, ensuring it is evenly spread out along your sharks body.
