Pompom:
There are many ways to make a pom-pom, you can choose the one you want.
Here is my method:
Wrap the fork with white thread about 40 times. Using another thread, knit this yarn in the middle together tightly. Trim the ends and fluff. You may need to trim the ends.

Scarf:
Dial 66 ch. Knit 1 row with white thread, and 2 rows with blue thread.

Assembly:
Assemble all parts of your fur seal and sew. Embroider the antennae and attach the eyes.
