Make a crease on the bridge of the nose, folding the top part in half.
Try on the beak to the head. Sew it. Don’t stuff the beak.

Legs
brown yarn

Big toe (2 p.):
1 rnd: б sc in magic ring
2 rnd: б inc = 12
3-4 rnd: 12 sc
5 rnd: (1 sc, dec) *4 times = 8
б rnd: (2 sc, dec) * 2 times = 6
7-12 rnd: 6 sc.
Cut off the yarn, stuff the toes.

Toe (2 p. for each leg):
1 rnd: 6 sc in magic ring
2 rnd: б inc = 12
3-4 rnd: 12 sc
5 rnd: (1 sc, dec) *4 times = 8
б rnd: (2 sc, dec) *2 times = 6
7-11 rnd: б sc
For the last toe: don’t cut the yarn, stuff the toe. Collect the toes in a foot:

Foot
1 rnd: 3 sc along the 1st toe, 3 sc along the big toe, 6 sc along the 2nd toe, 3 sc along the big toe, 3 sc along the 1st toe = 18 sc
2-3 rnd: 18 sc
4 rnd: (1 sc, dec) *6 times = 12
5 rnd: 2 sc, 3 ch, skip 3 sc, 7 sc = 12
б rnd: 2 sc, 3 sc in chains, 7 sc = 12 (it’s a hole for the Leg)
7 rnd: 6 dec = 6
8-9 rnd: б sc
10 rnd: (1 sc, inc) * 3 = 9
11 rnd: 9 sc
12 rnd: (1 sc , dec) * 3 =6
Cut off the yarn, close the hole using a needle.

Remarks from the translator:
Since I’m also an amigurumi designer (a little), I will allow myself to give an advice on the wireframe from the Foot to the Head:
If the size of your rooster does not match author doll size, then the recommended wire length may not be enough for your doll. Therefore, I advise you to postpone this step of the work until the stage when you complete the Body. In this case you can put together all the parts and determine what length of the wire you need, so that it is enough to the top of the head.
Cut 4 pieces of wire about 9 cm long and two pieces about 30 cm. If your wire is thin, you can twist it in 2ply. Insulate the tips, insert them into the toes, connect them together, isolate the connection. You can insert the wire into the spur too. Stuff the foot and the spur. The long wire is “the spine” that goes to the head.

Leg
Make 8 sc around the hole in the center of the Foot
1-7 rnd: 8 sc
8 rnd: (2 sc, dec) * 2 times = 6
9-14 rnd: 6 sc.
Change yarn to orange
15 rnd: б inc = 12
16 rnd: 12 sc
17 rnd: (1 sc, inc) * б times = 18
18-19 rnd: 18 sc
20 rnd: (2 sc, inc) * 6 times = 24
21 rnd: 24 sc
Finish, cut off the yarn, leaving a long tail for sewing

Wings
orange yarn

The 1st (shortest) feather (2 p.)
1 rnd: б sc in magic ring
2 rnd: б inc = 12
3-5 rnd: 12 sc
б rnd: (1 sc, dec) *4 times = 8
7-10 rnd: 8 sc
