Hello amigurumi lovers and beautiful visitors, I wanted to share the free amigurumi patterns for you here. In my article I will share 1 pattern and how to make it for you. At the end of my article, I will share amigurumi patterns that can generate ideas for you.

Metarials

– cotton yarn; small amounts of black, grey and white (/offwhite) I used Catania (50g/125m)
– hook size 2.5
– needle
– safety eyes: I used 7.5mm (with colors as all black would be hard to see)
– polyester filling

MR=magic ring, sc=single crochet, hdc=half double crochet, dc=double crochet
inc=invisible increase, dec=invisible decrease

Ears (make 2): With black: R1: MR, 3sc, 3dc, 3tr, 3d, into ring, sl st to first. Break off, weave in ends. With grey yarn: R1: same as black. Place the black on top of the grey, continue with grey yarn and crochet together like this; R2: 5sc, 2hdc in next, (dc, tr, dc) in next, 2hdc, 5sc, sl st to first. (for a simpler version just skip the black)

Hood: With grey – R1: 6sc in MR
R2: (inc)x6 (12)
R3: (sc, inc)x6 (18)
R4: (sc, inc, sc)x6 (24)
R5: (inc, 3sc)x6(30)
R6: (6sc, inc, 3sc)x3 (33)
R7-12 (6rnds): 33sc (33)
R13: (dec, sc3)x3, in next 3sts;(hdc in one st, 3dc in the same st, hdc in 1st), sc, dec, sc2, (dec, sc3)x2 (29)
Break off, leave a little tail for attaching hood later.

Head: With white– R1: 6sc in MR
R2: (inc)x6 (12)
R3: (sc, inc)x6 (18)
R4: (sc, inc, sc)x6 (24)
R5: (inc, 3sc)x6(30)
R6: (6sc, inc, 3sc)x3 (33)
R7-9 (3rnds): 33sc (33)
With black yarn: R10-12(3rnds): 33sc (33)
Change to white: R13: 33sc (33)
R14: (6sc, dec, 3sc) x3 (30)
R15: (dec, 3sc)x6 (24)
R16: (dec, 2sc)x6 (18)
– remember to attach eyes if you’re using safety eyes, start filling. Fill the head pretty firmly.
R17: (dec, sc)x6 (12)
R18: (dec, 2sc) x3 (9)
Break off, attach grey yarn
Crochet the body directly to the head
Body – with grey (fill firmly)
R1: 9sc (9)
R2: (sc2, inc)x3 (12)
R3: (sc, inc)x6 (18)
R4: (2sc, inc)x6 (24)
R5: 24sc (24)
R6: (sc7, inc)x3 (27)
R7-10: 27sc (27)
R11: (sc8, inc)x3
R12: (dec, 3sc)x6 (24)
R13: In BACKloops only – 24sc (24)
R14: (dec, 2sc)x6 (18)
R15: (dec, sc)x6 (12)
R16: dec x6 (6)

Tail (fill firmly)
White: 6sc in MR
R2: incx6 (12)
R3: (sc, inc)x6 (18)
Change to black: R4: 18sc (18)
R5: (2sc, inc)x6 (24)
White: R6: 24sc
R7: (dec, 2sc)x6 (18)
Black: R8: 18sc
R9: (7sc, dec) x2 (16)
White: R10: 16sc
R11: (2sc, dec, 4sc)x2 (14)
Black: R12: 14sc
R13: (5sc, dec) x2 (12)
White: R14: 12sc
R15: dec x6 (6)
Black: R16: 6sc
R17: decx3 (3)

I made a little bag 5×5 cm and filled it with rice and used it to stuff the body, but you can use polyester filling as well.

Attaching:
Ears round 5-7 of hood
Eyes 7sts apart
Make a little nose/mouth using black yarn
Attach back of hood to first round of body

Big thanks to Rell for testing the pattern and correcting some errors.
If you still find any, please let me know.
