Assembling
Sew the head to the body. Add some fiberfill to the neck while sewing. Sew the arms on round 20 of the body. Sew the legs on round it Put the face on the head below round g of the head, Fix pins around it to mark the border of the face. Take the face away.

Sew on the ears on round 12 of the head. Prepare yarn cuts of white mohair (length is approximately 8 cm). Attach these cuts around the face like it is shown in the picture below. Take off pins. Sew on the face hiding the places of attaching. Sew on the muzzle. Cut the mohair yarn to make it shorter.

Sew the tail in the center of the back approximately on round 6 of the body.
Embroider the nose and mouth.

Sew on the eyes between rounds 4 and 5 of the face. To make the process of sewing easier you may enlarge the holes where the eyes are sewn with the help of tapestry needle or reverse hook end.
Embroider the whites of the eyes and eyebrows.

Sock Monkey
Materials: 5 mm hook, tapestry needle, stuffing, and scissors, and yarn in 4 weight.

You can make the sock monkey any color, but for this pattern I wrote it in the way where the colors match the traditional sock monkey in white, red, then grey. You can replace these colors
We start by making the 2 legs. These legs will then create the body, then the body will create the head. We work the arms, tail, and ears separately.
Stuff gradually throughout.

Legs (make 2 they will work into the body)

Sew the eye patches to the head between rows 7 and 12 leaving two stitches between them. Sew the muzzle at the bottom of the eye patches so they all connect, the bottom of the muzzle should sew to row 20. Sew the arms between rows 23 and 24 on either side of the body. Sew the legs between rows 33 and 34 on either side of the body. Sew the ears either side of the head between rows 6 and 10. Sew the tail on the back of the body between rows 32 and 33.

Start with light beige yarn.
Rnd 1. 5 sc in MR (5)
Rnd 2. 5 sc (5)
Change to colored yarn. Leave a long tail of light beige yarn (about 10 cm) to complete the hand later. Now continue to make the arm, ch 15. Cut the thread, leave a long colored tail for sewing. Now, we complete the hand. With a tapestry needle, thread the tail through all the FL of the R2, and pull. Tie a knot and hide the tail inside your hand. Sew the arms between R15-16 of the body.

Legs (make 2)

First, you will make the foot by working in rounds (light beige yarn) and then you will continue to make the leg by working a little ch. Start with light beige yarn.
Rnd 1. 6 sc in MR (6)
Rnd 2. 6 sc (6)
Change to colored yarn. Leave a long tail of light beige yarn (about 10 cm) to complete the foot later. Now, continue doing the leg, making 10 ch. Fasten off. Leave a long colored tail for sewing. Now, we complete the feet. With a tapestry needle, thread the tail through all the FL of the R2, and pull. Tie a knot and hide the tail inside the feet. Sew the legs between R20-21 of the body.

Let’s crochet the ears of the amigurumi pattern. 

Ears (make 2)

Start with light beige yarn. Work in rows.
Rnd 1. 6 hdc in MR (6), do not join the MR, change to and make 1 turning ch
Rnd 2. turn, 6 sc (6)
Fasten off. Leave a long tail for sewing. Place the ears between R6-10 of the head.
We are going to crochet the tail part of the Amigurumi monkey pattern. 

Tail

Start with colored yarn to make the tail that sits on the back of the body. Between R20-21, make a loop (see image), then ch 10 (you can make more chains if you want a longer one). Cut the thread (you can secure the end of the thread with fabric glue).
We crochet the mouth and tongue of the Amigurumi toy monkey. 

Mouth and Tongue

First, make the tongue by attaching the red yarn to the face (see picture). Make 3ch, then start from the second ch from the hook, make 2 slst. Fasten off and secure the ends inside the head. Then, embroider the mouth using black yarn (I split the 4 ply yarn into 2 ply).

Congratulations, you have completed the little monkey amigurumi pattern.

R6: work 1 bubble stitch*, 11 sc [12]
R7-11: 1 sc in all sts (5 rounds) [12]
Fill the hand with filling and ongoing while you work the arm.
*Bubble stitch = this is the thumb and is worked like this: yo, put through next st and pick up thread, yo and crochet through 2 loops.* Don’t finish the dc, but start the next dc by repeating the steps between
* *. Make 5 of these unfinished dc. At the end you will have 6 loops on the hook. Yo again and crochet through all 6 loops.

Switch to white:
