CROCHET MINI OCTOPUS FREE AMIGURUMI PATTERN
Hello amigurumi lovers and beautiful visitors, I wanted to share the free amigurumi patterns for you here. In my article I will share 1 pattern and how to make it for you. At the end of my article, I will share amigurumi patterns that can generate ideas for you.
If you enjoy making amigurumi, here I share this easy and free amigurumi pattern for you for free. Your kids will love these toys.
You will need:
– Worsted weight scrap yarn
– Size 4.0 hook
– 9 mm safety eyes
– Black yarn for the smile
– Polyfil
Round 1: In a magic circle, SC 6. Pull tight and add stitch marker. (For the
rest of the pattern keep moving the stitch marker up to the last stitch)
Round 2: INC in each stitch around. (12)
Round 3: *SC in first stitch, INC in next* Repeat * * around. (18)
Round 4: *SC in first 2 stitches, INC in next* Repeat * * around. (24)
Round 5: *SC in first 3 stitches, INC in next.* Repeat * * around. (30)
Round 6: *SC in first 4 stitches, INC in next.* Repeat * * around. (36)
Round 7: *SC in first 5 stitches, INC in next.* Repeat * * around. (42)
Rounds 8-12: SC in each stitch around. (42)close
Attach eyes between rows 11 and 12, 8 stitches apart.
Round 13: *SC in first 5 stitches, DEC in next.* Repeat * * around. (36)
Round 14: *SC in first 4 stitches, DEC in next.* Repeat * * around. (30)
Sew on mouth. I sewed mine on row 13. Begin to stuff.
Round 15: *SC in first 3 stitches, DEC in next.* Repeat * * around. (24)
Round 16: *SC in first 2 stitches, DEC in next.* Repeat * * around. (18)
(Finish stuffing)
Round 17: *SC in first stitch, DEC in next.* Repeat * * around. (12)
Round 18: DEC in each stitch around. Cut the yarn, leaving a long tail. Using the needle, sew the remaining gap closed. (6)
Tentacles:

With
the accent color chain 20 and turn.
SC in second chain from hook. SC in the next. HDC in the remaining chains. Cut yarn and sew in ends. (19)
Repeat
with the main color, but DO NOT CUT YARN! Line up the two pieces. SC
around the entire piece, with 2 SC where ever you need to turn. Leave a
long tail to sew on to the head.
Repeat 8 times.
I make all the white pieces first and then finish them off. It’s easier for me that way!
Sew onto the head. I sewed them all about on the 5th row up.
