Amigurumi Sleeping Lamb Free Pattern
Hello amigurumi lovers and beautiful visitors, I wanted to share the free amigurumi patterns for you here. In my article I will share 1 pattern and how to make it for you. At the end of my article, I will share amigurumi patterns that can generate ideas for you.
You will need:
- Himalaya Dolphin Baby yarn, 4.5 mm crochet hook
- YarnArt Jeans yarn, 2.5 mm crochet hook
- Black embroidery floss for eyesand nose
- A piece of beige felt
- Yarn needle and scissors
- Fiberfill
Height: 14 cm (5.5”)
Abbreviations:
R – row
ch – chain
st – stitch
sc – single crochet
inc – increase (2 sc in one stitch)
dec – decrease (2 sc together)
[…] – number of stitches you should have at the end of the row
(…) – repeat whatever is between the brackets the given number of times
Legs (make 2)
With beige yarn:
R 1: 7 sc in magic ring [7]
R 2: 7 sc
Switch to white yarn:
R 3-6: 7 sc (4 rows)
Don’t cut the yarn when you’ll finish the second leg.
Continue crocheting the body, starting from the second leg:
Body
R 1: crochet 1 ch from the 2nd leg and join it with the 1st leg, 7 sc on 1st leg, inc in next 1 ch, 7 sc on 2nd leg, inc in next 1 ch (opposite side) [18]
R 2-6: 18 sc (5 rows)
R 7: (dec) repeat 9 times [9]
Arms (make 2)
With beige yarn:
R 1: 5 sc in magic ring [5]
R 2: 5 sc
Switch to white yarn:
R 3-7: 5 sc (5 rows)
Head
R 1: 6 sc in magic ring [6]
R 2: (inc) repeat 6 times [12]
R 3: (1 sc, inc) repeat 6 times [18]
R 4: (2 sc, inc) repeat 6 times [24]
R 5-6: 24 sc (2 rows)
R 7: (2 sc, dec) repeat 6 times [18]
R 8: (1 sc, dec) repeat 6 times [12]
R 9: (dec) repeat 6 times [6]
R 10: (dec) repeat 3 times [3]
Fasten off.
Ears (make 2)
R 1: 6 sc in magic ring [6]
R 2: (1 sc, inc) repeat 3 times [9]
Skirt
YarnArt Jeans yarn, 2.5 mm crochet hook.
Make chains as long as you need (put it on your lamb gathering at the waist to determine the size).
R 1: from the 2nd ch from hook inc in every st to the end of row, turn.
R 2: inc in every st to the end of row, turn.
R 3: inc in every st to the end of row, turn.
R 4: inc in every st to the end of row.
Face
Cut out circle from beige felt. Embroider eyes and nose with black floss. Tint cheeks using dry pastel crayon.
Sew the face on the head.
